Bought this for my son who seems to let his cell battery run to 0%. He keeps it on the dash of his truck and it has been a saver for him. He has usb in his truck but never seems to plug in. With this, he can plug it into his phone and have a charge and then he puts it back on his dash. Bought the second one for my mother in FL. Last big hurricane took out their power, so, this sits on her desk by the window ready for the next power outage. Her building has a generator but it did go out, so, better safe than sorry. For my son, this seems to work great and hope my mother never needs it but it is there just in case.

I like the versatility of multiple ways to charge this device. My favorite way of recharging this is stick it straight to the wall outlet but when the space is tight at work I use the extension. It holds power for a long time when not in use. I’m so happy with this purchase.

The review below was related when I bought thisI gave it 1 star for the review stated but a few days later I got a reply from the company and completely understood the problem and offered to send me another one no charge but I simply asked for a refund instead and they didn't hesitate to request that, obviously disappointed for getting a defective battery but the service was really goodThe built in cables dont work, it says best to fully charge before use and that's what I did, I even connected a separate cable to charge my phone and wont even turn on, it says the battery is fully charged but wont even charge my phone until I press the button but then will shut off after 5 seconds, and my local ups wont let me return it for personal reasons, waste of money and waste of time

Edit: Company offered me a full refund for compensation of issues listed below. Even though solar panel doesn't work, free diddly free power bank works for me. I upped the rating on my own accord to take account for this. Also still is the only power bank I've seen with an outlet charger built in.Bought this power bank as it was one of the few out there that has a built in outlet plug for wall charging. Was hoping that the solar panel would be enough to at least charge it a little in emergency or when camping. However I left it out in direct sunlight for 4 days and there was still no charge AT ALL on the power bank. I contacted the company and their support was useless and poorly translated. Told me something along the lines where its a manufacturing defect and they are in process of relaying that feedback along, which does nothing for me. So the solar panel does nothing on this product. Seems to be a common theme among these power banks. The unit itself was able to charge my phone several times so that's a plus. Think its a bit overpriced compared to other models that have wireless charging, more options and bigger batteries. Would not recommend purchasing this model powerbank or using this seller for transactions.

La verdad es que el powerbank tiene todo lo necesario, cables incluidos, linterna y conector de pared. Recomiendan repetidamente no usar la carga solar solamente en caso de emergencia, nunca la he probado y no creo que lo haga, pero por lo demas funciona muy bien, puedo cargar mi iPhone 12 pro max hasta 4 veces al 100% y aun me quederia algo de carga en la unidad.Truco: para encender la linterna, hay que dejar el boton apretado 5 segundos.

This charger is a life savior, especially when you are out in the middle of nowhere, or you need to recharge your phone and there is no power available. Love it!
