Fixes the spewing sight glass.
Did the trick. Had a leaky sight glass that spewed water, and replacing the glass and this gasket was enough to fix it. Was quoted $150 by the pool tech to replace the entire multiport valve, but could have probably gotten by with just this gasket.

Same exact size as a garden hose $0.25 rubber washer
I’m sure this is a great gasket but $6 for a small rubber washer seemed crazy so I took my old one down to my local hardware store and found a simple cheap garden hose rubber washer was an exact match and saved me time and money

Pentair Tagelus Sand Filter owners should upgrade to the new sight glass and purchase this gasket
I contacted Pentair and they advised the sight glass on the Pentair Tagelus Sand Filter Hi Flow Multi-port no longer requires the vacuum protector and should be replaced. The new one is simply a clear screw-in sight glass and uses the same exact part number. This gasket should be purchased and installed when replacing the sight glass
