do the seeds need to be heated before grinding if the purpose is to better absorb the black seed oil?

I am not aware that heating is necessary to help the body to better absorb the nutritional value of black seeds before grinding them. Personally, I just grind them in my coffee grinder, and add them to my ground chia seeds, brewers yeast, whey protein, raw honey and coconut oil blend with some raspberries/blackberries and blueberries. Is this black cumin or black caraway?. those are 2 separate seeds.

There is quite a few overlapping common names for this seed. The best approach is to take botanical Latin name of "Nigella sativa" and look for the seed of it. Black caraway is black cumin seed, but it depends in which culture (in some it is considered different and some even assume black sesame seed). We needed to include all common names so that we are relevant in search results. This seed is alive, organic and non-irradiated (will sprout) and with current LOT it is harvest of 2020 (we get new harvest each year and this is currently very fresh). Hi why is your carbohydrate count so high, most package say the carb is 2 grams

The label says Total Carbohydrates 2g per 5g serving. It is an unmodified seed. That is how nature packaged it.
