I've taken many of these types of pills for years, Please don't expect miracles but it is good to have these supplements for male health. Testosterone is necessary, as it helps fight against Father Time. muscularity and prostate health is a good thing to have. I am not going to overstate this product but it is better than many of the ones I used so far. I think about a 3.5 to 4 star is fair.
