The media could not be loaded. Whether your decor is fancy or boho this will fit in well. The bowl is such good quality... Definitely real stone and can be used for many things. The gold holder pieces work well, keep the incense upright, and are sturdy. Easy to keep clean (can be wiped, rinsed, or you can just tap the ashes out). It's exactly what I needed for my Nippon Kodo Japanese incense sticks... My new favorite incense (they don't have any wood so it's less smoke) but I couldn't fit it in any of my holders. This will also fit the regular incense. So stylish and a good price for the quality.

I don’t write a lot of Amazon reviews, but for the price this manufacturer deserves applause. This is a very substantial incense burner and the materials are extremely pretty. Excellent weight to all three pieces (the stone and metal pieces which are actually separate for cleaning). I have some serious incense sticks that burn for three hours and are quite thick and heavy with a strong ember that would definitely be a fire hazard if it were to fall over. I have zero concern with this burner. I can keep my incense in the little holes without concern it will topple. I don’t even place sand in the bottom. I purchased the larger size and I couldn’t be happier. Also, the holes at the base are fantastic given the different sizes. I just got back from a trip to Egypt and stocked up on incense. The sticks are all sorts of sizes and fit snugly in at least one of the base holes. I strongly recommend. Pictured with a standard incense stick.Note: it doesn’t catch all the incense ash if the ash topples on its own (if you gently tap your ash before it naturally falls it’s not a problem) but I still love this regardless. I recommend the large size for standard length incense sticks. If the manufacturer still makes the smaller size, it won’t be close to adequate for standard length incense and you’ll have to tap the ash often or it will be all over.

The best incense holder I've ever owned.

I stewed over an incense holder for a long time, since I like using a variety of incense shapes. This one seemed like it would do well with a variety. The size is nice--not too big or small. I've tested it with cone incense and stick incense and with both, it has caught the ashes, and cleaned up nicely afterward. I love the green and black marble effect of the stone, and it feels substantial and lasting.
