Really good idea, gives me extra peace of mind if my dogs ever get lost (God forbid). Easy to set up, download a QR reader on your smart phone from the App Store, follow the on screen instructions to create a pet account.You can add a lot of info to your pet profile Ie: vet history, allergies, rates on how your pet is with children and other animals as well as the important part, the owners info.If the tags are scanned by anyone you will get an instant email alert of where the tag was scanned.I have tested these and I'm impressed.

I love the idea of this but my poor cat looks like she’s wearing a dinner plate! It’s too heavy and large for her, attached it to her collar and she’s walking around like I’ve tied a brick to her neck!Definitely not suitable for small cats or drama queen cats who make such a big deal of it 🤨

This product is useless. The locator service fails to send a notification to the owner or the message arrives 24 hours after the tag is scanned. No response from the support phone or email.

Just as described. Easy to setup online but unless it has to be used won't know if it works. Obviously I don't ever want that to happen but pleased to have the backup.

They are handy but it won’t let me register the pet I’d tag so if you can help me I know where the code is tapping it in and not registering
