Well, it depends on the design. Materials don't block all frequencies the same. A well made secure wallet will block the RFID frequencies, but not the frequencies used by ID/access cards. This provides the protection against malicious attackers, with the convenience of being able to use your access or ID cards without removing them from the wallet. All that being said, this does not appear to be a quality product, certainly not designed to that level. I don't know how effectively it blocks any frequencies, and I would not expect this to be selective in the frequencies that it blocks to be effective in both use cases. It's just a cheap stainless steel box.
