Yes I use it all over my face especially on the forehead and it works well

Can you use this on your scalp?

Can’t answer for sure. It comes out in a spray, so not sure the liquid would get through any hair to the scalp. If that’s not an issue, the skin can feel a bit ‘zingy’ for a short while, when it gets to work, so wouldn’t put it anywhere where skin is sensitive.
