Very flimsy, suspect it won't last too long as needed to shower the dog also and this could be rectified if it was a metal head and stronger plastic at the fitting end, also need to replace beads every 3 months apart from that functionality is brilliant, all modes are spot in and saves water and also makes hair feel even cleaner 😀 absolutely great for a first time buy and has made me decide to buy a more expensive sturdier version in the future 👌 7 out of 10

This works really well, thought I’d try my luck with a cheap filter but makes a world of a difference!

I have tried many of this type of shower head that increases water pressure and softens water. This is hands down the best one. The design is fantastic for easy switching between modes. We have very hard water, so the softening dies at around 2 months. Pop the beads out and dry them in the sun and they're good as new. Total life span is about 6 months. I think you can get more, but I just get a new head since they are inexpensive. We have low water pressure, and this is a game changer. Highly recommended!

Honestly and really honestly, I don't feel these soften the water but they do take away the chlorine smell and filter this part out which in itself isn't good for our skin. I do notice a little difference in my skin but not my hair.

The Magichome Shower Head is easy to install and gives a reasonable water spray. The supplied instructions give no description of the choice of six water patterns. This is surprising as the design and manufacture of the internal fittings and the external switch must have contributed heavily to the cost of the device.It would also be helpful if the English language used on the Amazon website and the printed leaflet had been checked by a native English speaker to avoid strange translations from Mandarin to English!

Bought this over others because some reviews mentioned about additional replacement beads and water hose that comes with the product. I had none of those. Just a pack of beads and the shower head that’s all. It was easy to assemble and works well, although the pressure is smaller compared to my regular shower head. Still waiting to see the effect of the filter water on my skin and hair
