I have been wearing these bands with my Fitbit for almost 4 months. They go on easy, come off easy when you TAKE them off, and stay ON when you are wearing them. They have a nice softness to them and are really no different than the one that came with the Fitbit (except the colors are better). I primarily wear the blue gray one (compare to the band that came on the Fitbit Alta HR) but the other 3 colors are also very nice. Even with heavy wear of the blue gray, it still looks brand new. I wish they had more colors that I wanted, but overall I highly recommend this brand of bands for the Inspire 3.Edit: 1 year update. Just under 1 year, my Fitbit Inspire 3 died and had to be replaced under warranty. I was without it for nearly 2 weeks. The 2nd day that I switched bands on the new device, my favorite one, the blue gray, broke. The plastic part that holds the pin broke off the one side that other users show in their photos. Otherwise the band still looked brand new, even though I wore it more than any of the other bands in the set, or the original one.I looked on Amazon for another brand that would have the colors I was interested in. I bought another brand that had a blue gray, and a navy blue, as I didn't feel I needed another purple, green, or black. The new ones came and after spending half an hour attempting (unsuccessfully) to get one of the new bands onto the device, I gave up, packaged them up, initiated a return, and reordered these bands. I'd prefer they outlast my device, as the ones I had for the Inspire 2 or the Alta HR did, but I felt the price was doable for a year of wear, so I am not lowering my stars on this review.

Great color options, holds up fairly well. Overall good product for the price.

These fit great and are very sturdy except the paint wore off the buckle rather quickly.

These bands are so fun! I love being able to change bands to match what I'm wearing! Easy to change. I bought another set in different colors.
