This company has some of the best customer service I've ever seen on Amazon. That goes without mentioning the versatility and usefulness of their Magsafe phone mounts. I've never been a fan of pop sockets and other similar small phone stands, but this one compresses flatly on the back of your phone and does provide both a stand for your phone as well as a grip for your fingers while holding it. But my favorite feature is the Dual sided magnet that allows it to conveniently stick to something magnetic like a refrigerator or a piece of gym equipment Etc. That greatly enhances the efficiency of my work using my phone for Content creation while also needing to set it down while I perform other tasks.For a closer look at the customer service, I have a bit of a backstory. I used to own an Andobil phone grip and unfortunately lost it. When I bought a replacement it wasn't quite the same. The back ring was a little bit misaligned and had a loud squeak when pulling it and, eventually, it lost its resistance, becoming essentially floppy. However, the company was kind enough to send me another one for free, but it too had the same issues.They were understanding and interested in learning more about the issue so I was able to communicate the specific issues that occurred with it. They finally also sent me a third replacement in a different color after finding that there was an issue with their black models. To this day the third replacement doesn't have any of those issues and works just as my first one did and I am very thankful to Andobil for sending me the replacements, free of cost, truly investigating and improving their products based on my feedback, as well as reminding me of their extended warranty that still applies on my original purchase. Customer service like that is top notch and when you have a product that's already great how could I give anything less than a five-star review? I highly recommend Adobil products, and look forward to see what improvements and innovative products they continue to make. Pictured is their final replacement in a dark silver metal. I was worried it would look too light on my black iPhone 14 Pro, but it integrates seamlessly with the matte black glass backing, especailly with a clear shiny phone case. It looks and feels awesome!

I’m not usually one to use phone grips, but this has totally won me over. It sticks securely to my phone, making it so much easier to hold, especially one handed. The ring is sturdy and rotates smoothly, so I can adjust it for the perfect grip or use it as a stand. Plus, the magnet is strong enough to work with my MagSafe charger without constantly falling off. Definitely a good buy for anyone who wants a more comfortable and secure grip on their phone

This accessory feels very durable and well-made. Once it is in place it does not move around. The magnet is VERY strong. I forget sometimes just how strong it is. I'll set my phone down on a metal shelf or file cabinet and then literally have to pry it off. I bought the brown. It is a nice natural shade and I like how it looks with my green case.

I've had the other versions that have the rounded circle, and they perform much better.This one is honestly crap. It doesn't close all the way and is completely broken now. Don't waste your money.

It’s very strong magnetic. The finger loop was nice and snug for the first few months. Now that I’ve had it 4 months, it’s super loose, like it just falls out. If I drop my phone even an inch off the floor the magnetic completely pops off. Overall it was a good purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Update: Contacted customer service and they are sending a replacement. I don’t expect the replacement to last very long, but at least I will get more use out of my purchase.It was a fine product while it lasted. Unfortunately, it suddenly broke today, after about ONE MONTH of normal use. Before that, it has a nice strong magnet and is a useful phone stand. It is a useless product in this condition, so I’ll have to send this to landfill where every other mediocre product ends up. Do not recommend due to longevity. Buy something that will last.

Really like the functionality of this product. Always have used pop sockets but this can be removed if needed but I usually keep it on, it rotates, it’s slim and easy to use. I use a wallet case for my phone and wasn’t sure if I wanted to actually have it stick on my case so I put one magnet inside the case and the product still works well! Sometimes it can go flying off if I’m not careful but that is literally only because I chose not to have it stick but since I know how it works it doesn’t fly off and I have I screen protector so that helps. I highly recommend.

I’ve had this ring for 12 days and the inner ring you put your finger through is already loose and floppy.It looks great and the magnet is strong, but if the inner ring is flapping around, then this item is completely useless.I’ve used *many* types of ring holders over several years and only one or two manufacturers had managed to solve the floppy ring problem. So I guess I’ll just go order one of the less “pretty”, more expensive, bulkier ones that I know will be fully functional for more than 12 days.
