Needed a lighter hose, it's the difference between my wife being able to water the plants or not. Gardena products are a world away from Hozelock. We joined two of these with a connector and it's still manageable. Very pleased.

I’ve never bought a garden hose before so was a bit concerned about the quality and durability. I needn’t have worried, the quality of the hose is excellent and easy to fit to inside tap (with adapter). Even when fully unwound the water pressure was amazing. I bought a hose reel for when not in use and the hose was easy to wind and fitted perfectly. Would recommend this product.

Excellent lightweight v

Great product. Well priced.

Initially excellent but after a week or so of very light use, the textile covering started to part at the seam. When I stopped using it there was a large “balloon” of the inner hose had protruded. Amazon gave me a next day replacement but already the seam is looking strained, not at all like my original hose I purchased a month or so ago. Just have to see and hope if it goes again Amazon will replace. Looks like a faulty batch of these particular ones.Update, the replacement hose lasted the same (short) time with the outer textile splitting on the seam. Definitely a bad batch as the price was much lower than comparable liano sets. Price has now almost doubled so maybe Gardena trying to offload sub standard stock by heavily discounting the original one I bought. Despite all of this I think the idea is brilliant and is a very user friendly hose. Waiting to see if the bad batch has all been sold now.

This is a quality garden hose (expensive, but hopefully you get what you pay for) and feels like it is materialy made to last, unlike many other types that I've had in the past that don't seem to last 5 mins before they spring a leak. Time will tell though!
