Can i use ls7 lifters in a 2000 5.3 silverado with this camshaft setup?

LS7 lifters will work great with this camshaft setup in that engine. Just be sure to avoid cheap imitation lifters, you'll want a good brand like Delphi or Genuine GM lifters.
