Is the seat top fixing

The bracket fixes inside the unit - bracket goes in horizontal then goes vertical holding on seat .But be aware if you screw nut wrong way it can fall into unit and cannot be retrieved hence replacement ones have to be sourced.

Doe this fit the pluto toilet

No. That would be a Vitra Pluto Seat. This is for the S20 range.

Does this fit retro toilet

No. It is a replacement seat for the S20 range as stated

Will this fit with the quick release hinges which we already have as its to replace a broken seat cheers

Not sure what you mean .My answer is based on replacing both seat and lid . If by quick release hinge you mean you press silver bits on the inside of the seat I am afraid the answer is no . This seat has a different shape prong which it sits on hence you need to replace the whole thing which is supplied. Be aware that if you turn the bolt wrong way and bracket drops it cannot be retrieved and replacement ones sourced elsewhere.
