What is the amount of stainless ie 10/18 etc???

Description said "18/0", which means the steel has 18% Chromium & 0% Nickel. Chromium gives stainless steel it's rust resistance. Nickel gives some flatware it's superior shine, intended to mimic new Silver flatware. Nickel is expensive and a major contributor to the price of flatware. The difference between 18/8 and 18/10 Flatware is nonexistant; steelmakers sell Grade 304 Stainless Steel to be made into tableware. It has 18% Chromium and from 8 to 10% Nickel. Grade 305 Stainless has a MINIMUM of 10% Nickel and generally used in Pots & Pans.

I wouldn't call them heavy, but they have a nice weight to them that makes them feel solid.

Are the dinner knives serrated?

Yes, they do have fine serrations along the edge. I don't think they'd work very well for cutting a steak, but they're ok for cutting vegetables and things like that.
