Small but mighty
It is considerably smaller than I expected based on the photos, not much longer than the palm of my hand... but do not let that deceive you from how much this little light can put out...There are 3 standard color levels, and each of those has 5 brightness levels. At the highest color level (daylight essentially) and at the highest brightness level it really lights up the room. The lower color levels and brightness levels give a wide range basically from a night light level to the really bright daylight. There is also an SOS feature which flashes SOS patterns in red lights when activated... this setting is not as bright, so not sure how much range it would have to be super useful... I am going to take it outside one night and then see how far away I can go before it's not effective. There is also a "super" bright level that really puts out some light... that setting automatically turns off after 3 minutes though, so not really sure what the use is but it's there.Waterproof (IP68) and built with rugged rubber trim to protect from falls I think it will hold up very well, although my primary use would be for power outages after storms.Rechargeable with standard USB-C cable which is super convenient.Highly, highly recommend.

Great Light!
Great little light to use for camping or emergencies. It has multiple settings for white led and yellow. Brightness settings and an emergency red blinking light. It appears to hold a charge for a very long time, and it feels solid/well built. It hangs easily on a hook and is good value. It’s not too heavy or too light but right in the middle, and it functions exactly as I expected. I think this light will last quite awhile. Great purchase and I would recommend it!

This lamp is so useful !!
I love this lamp. Bought this for another purpose which didn’t work out but decided to keep instead of returning. Then came the blackout. I was like… oh I have this lamp .. works great, nice and bright. Brightness is adjustable. Charge last long so far. Great for back up.

Yes it's small but good things come in small packages.
Reading other reviews I was prepared for two "negatives". There is a little carrying strap. Useless and flimsy. Check. It's small. Check. BUT...neither are material issues and the overall size being small makes this GREAT to pack, carry, store etc. I'm very surprised by how bright you can make this and love that you can change the hue of the light. I will be very pleased if the battery lasts as advertised and it holds up over time but based on my initial use and observations this is a quality item that has a great spot on your "be prepared" list for hurricanes (I'm in Florida!). Like this light a lot.

Very pleasantly surprised - way better than advertised
I'm very pleasantly surprised with this lantern. I ordered a couple in the wake of our most recent storm-related power outage because I wasn't really interested in continuing to try to poop by candlelight, but I was a little dubious when I placed the order. Boy, was I wrong. These things look cheap and plastic-y, but they're not. I'm super clumsy and dropped one of them on the sidewalk on the way in, and then knocked it off the kitchen counter accidentally. Didn't even scuff it. They're also holy-crap bright. They have a function that only lasts for 3 minutes before it automatically turns off, but the lamp gets so bright that you can't even look at it. I guess that might go in my "cons" section: it's super hard to turn off in that mode (the 1200LM one). You can close your eyes and see the inside of your eyelids with that. it also has an SOS mode that flashes red lights twice a second, which I can only imagine would be really useful in an emergency. So, here's pros and cons:Pros: super ultra bright. Holy crap bright. "Let there be light and there was light" bright. I read that you can see 1200LM from a search and rescue helicopter (but I also read that on the Internet, so.....). It's sturdy and waterproof, charges relatively quickly, and has a loooooooong life (the claim is 80 hours on one charge, although I haven't gotten to test that yet). The SOS mode (flashing red strobe) is also a nice feature.Cons: There's a fairly cheap silicone band for hanging on hooks/tents/tree limbs and I'm not sure how that'll actually hold up. The only real criticism I have (and this one is actually pretty serious) is that on both units I purchased, the charging port is located on the bottom of the unit and it's extremely loose - you have to lay the lantern on its side and carefully position the cord. The slightest movement (your cat hitting the charging cable ten feet away, for example) will jar it loose and it won't charge. I tried this with the cables included in the package, as well as with a couple of my own, and the ports are just a wee bit bigger than most USB-C ports. That's not worth dinging it a star in the rating, but it's still worth noting just in case.

Get it. Perfect light.
This thing is bright, the battery lasts forever. Great for camping or there is a power outage. I would recommend this to everyone, great value for your money and very functional. Hangs easily and takes no space so portable.
