can I drive this on the side walk?

No. This is a real, adult enduro sized ,extremely powerful offroad, Dirt bike. I suppose you could install a light kit and some dual sport tires to be street legal, but make no mistake, this is not a bicycle or a toy. It is motorcycle and I would bet the authorities will not have an issue making that distinction. It's WAY TOO FAST TO RIDE ON THE SIDEWALK! This bike will through you off if you aren't hanging on. You likely will have to transport it to your riding spot. Just like an offroad gas bag motorcycle. Just no stop to fill the gas cans on your way.

Is the battery removable?

Yes. In a hurry it takes about 30 seconds to remove and replace. Easily done in a couple minutes, even if you don't know what you are doing.

Do I need a license for this? If i make it street legal

As far as I know, in california, yes. It goes around 75 miles an hour and gets there I'm a hurry. It is not a bicycle.

While it is fast enough to be, it is not street legal out of the box. Has a great headlight. Very bright! I would imagine that you can custom order it with the DOT required lights and mirrors. It gets up to around 80 mph, pretty damn fast. I mean hold the F on when you twist the throttle.
