Was exactly what I was looking for

My FM Doctor recommended this product for a detox protocol for removing mold mycotoxins, but I'm also finding it's great for keeping my system regular and dulls my appetite. The only thing I don't like is mixing the powder with water. Next time I will buy the capsules.Update: I have since learned that capsules may cause blockages especially if you don't take it with a LOT of water and/or if you take it right before laying down. I find I can only do it every other day and sometimes it causes very liquid stools. I still need it for mold detox, but I only take it every 3 days or so.

I've been on this for years and always done well with it. The latest tub smells of chemicals/plastic. I've reached out to Xymogen and received no response.

I can't say that it helped me lose weight, but if I add it to my morning routine, I 💩 regularly!!

Binds to most molds; helps in many other ways too. I put it into capsules but you could get a frother if you want it to blend really well.

I couldn’t get it to totally dissolve & that bothered me. In one drink I tried, it got gloppy. I should have just ordered pills instead. You can’t return it either or get a refund!

This product arrived smelling of strong chemicals inside the product. Do NOT purchase from this company, not only did the company deny my refund. They also didnt care to investigate the smell of chemicals threw out the product. Many customers use this fiber as a binder, I highly recommend any other company. Worst customer service Ive ever received!
