Great for strength, not so much for crimp training
Dope product, can add weight to it and it's much more comfortable than picking something up by hooking climbing rope with your fingers.Because of how rounded it is, you're probably not going to bump from a 12mm ledge to an 8mm with this product. But you could increase your fiberboard time and even weighted performance.Or most importantly, build strength to keep yourself on the wall.
