A very lovely little phone.
This phone is small and easily fits in the palm of the hand.. It has a lot of interesting features that I am interested in. Since I just received this phone, I do not have it connected yet. Large buttons and easy to read also. So far, so good.

Beautiful But Useless Phone
Loved the build quality and design of the phone, but it does not reliably allow you to make and receive calls, which is the main purpose of a cell phone. Only works on 4G Vo LTE. Keeps going to 2G and 4G only in an erratic manner. It will not work unless I reboot the phone and wait for it to find the signal. Even with a T-Mobile signal booster in the house it will not work. BTW, I have been using Tello, which is on the T-Mobile network.I would say that it is time for this phone to be pulled from the market.

It's the Right Phone for Me
I'm enjoying my Easyfone Prime A1 Pro 4G so far. Set-up was easy. I chose to go with SpeedTalk Mobile with the SIM card that was provided. I chose a SpeedTalk plan of Unlimited Talk and Text plus 500MB for $11/month because I plan to use the phone almost exclusively for voice calls and text messaging, not for surfing the web.As an older guy who uses reading glasses, I wanted a phone that has large keys and a large screen with text size that is easy to see without having to put my glasses on. This Easyfone fits that bill for me. The menus for entering contact numbers, looking up phone numbers, sending texts, and receiving texts and voicemails are also pretty straightforward once you get used to it.I also like that in the closed position, the Easyfone Prime-A1 Pro is only about 3 inches by 1.5 inches, and less than an inch thick, so it fits in my pocket much better than a standard smartphone. And, obviously, the inner display screen is better protected from any damage when the phone is closed and not in operation. The battery life seems to be very good as well.Overall, I'm very satisfied so far.

Easyfone Prime-A1 for T-Mobile
The best thing about this phone was the price. The operation itself was lacking. One would think just inserting the SIM card it would be easy cheesy to transfer the Contact List. After transferring the Contact List, it was noticed the addresses were missing, there were multiple duplication of many contacts, and phone numbers were jumbled.Daily, the battery had to be removed and reinserted to allow the phone to connect to the phone network. Otherwise, it would not receive calls, though it did allow calls out.Bluetooth did not work - period. If you want a cheap phone that might work once in a while, this is your ticket. Otherwise, stay away.

Phone did not even last a year
Purchased this phone for a family member. They do not like smartphones, so this seemed like a good fit. Basic phone with push buttons. It worked fine for about 2 months before first issue occurred. The phone stopped allowing phone calls. 6 weeks. A hard reset fixed it no big deal. Roughly 5 weeks after that happened again. The family member does not make calls everyday, so cannot track the actual down time. The call quality has steadily decreased, and now 9 months later it is having problems staying on even with a full charge. I am giving two stars because when the phone worked, it did the job; but I do NOT recommend this product. Planning to replace soon.Update: I have had a chance to communicate with customer service for the device. Went through steps to test the phones functionality. The phone did pass and appeared to function. For the attempt and contact friendly contact, I will walk the rating up to 3 stars, but I do not plan to endorse this product. It simply did not meet the need and caused a level of frustration.

Dedicated Block button is unique
To my knowledge this is the only feature (non-smart) cell phone with a dedicated Block button that quickly adds an incoming call to your blacklist. It looks like you can have 500 entries on blacklist, and you can long-press the Block button to view or edit the blacklist quickly.Another feature I found handy is if you press the green button to pull up recent calls and arrow through the list, if you press the center button between the arrows it will tell you how many times that # called, which helps you identify which robocalls are "Block-worthy". In other words, if a # called 6 times in the past couple days and didn't leave a message, guess who just made the list.It has other features like a customizable SOS button, and a super convenient drop-in charging cradle, but I really needed the Block button and this unique phone was spot on. Thank you Easyfone!

BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES DO NOT WORK WITH FM RADIO--BY DESIGN.
Was very happy to get this phone. Finally got it connected. It is no nonsense and great to carry around without worrying about breaking it while working. No distractions. It has FM Radio option so I figured I could just listen to local radio stations instead of using internet. Perfect. Not so much. After working with the seller for some time regarding bluetooth headphones and the FM Radio function not working, this was their response:"Thanks for your reply,Sorry, FM Radio does not support Bluetooth headset listening function. Thank you for your comments and suggestions on the function of Bluetooth headsets for listening to FM Radio. We have submitted it to the company and strive to provide better products and services to our customers.Have you faced any other mobile phone issues or questions? Does your phone work properly? Please feel free to reply to us,B.Regards"Because of the back and forth messages between me and the seller with trying to figure out why bluetooth headphones were not working with FM Radio, I missed the AMAZON return window and am stuck with a $90 product that did not meet all my expectations. I would have returned it and kept looking. Sad. :(Hey company, it's a good phone but I lost my $90 because we were trying to resolve a problem not caused by me....it would be great if you would just refund me purchase $.
