Can you move the joystick from the right to the left hand side?

I was able to easily transfer the joystick from the right to the left side. Just unhook the three cords underneath the wheel chair and cut the zip ties. Very simple

I see that in one place it says that this has an 18 in seat. In another is says 17.5. Which is it?

All I know a 250 lb person has used mine and I weigh 150 pounds I had extra room

Does it run thwer rocks and drut?
