I suffer really bad with anxiety and energy levels, however I have started taking Ashwaganda on a daily basis and it has suppressed these feelings massively! They are tasteless and easy to swallow due to their small size and I can fit them in alongside my other vitamins in a morning.

Highest strength for the lowest price I only take it because it's supposed to combat cortisol the stress hormone which is bad for muscle growth so I would really look at the research and reason you want to take it but I've no complaints
