Been a Lary since 2014.Tried them all: TEP, Griffin Lab Electronarnyx, UtraVoice. This product, in my opinion is far superior to them all.Still on original charge after almost a month of use and has great voice delivery and easy to use. Buttons are comfortable to operate and the body is metal which makes it very durable. Fits in your hand well.I am, compared to past trials of other products of this kind, extremely pleased with this unit, and as a side note, your purchase supports a Vet owned business.

I bought a Romet R700 via Amazon USA in late July 2024. it stopped working in less than 2 months. The same problem of device failing after a short time was mentioned in some of the customer reviews.I contacted the seller directly to request for a replacement unit. They were helpful initially but later changed their mind after reviewing the shipment destination (Hong Kong), saying that shipping a replacement unit direct to China comes with a very high cost for them, as well as import and export challenges since this is a medical device. My request was therefore denied. Ironically, their suggested solution is to buy a new one from Amazon.In conclusion: the device is shoddy and the 2-year warranty is deceptive for international customers, notably China (including Hong Kong).經Amazon USA途徑買入Romet R700電子喉運送到香港。 用了不足兩個月便壞了。 顧客評論亦有人遇到類似的問題。我直接與Romet 聯絡希望更換，他們說經審查了發貨目的地，及基於此乃一種醫療設備，將替換裝置直接運送到中國對他們來說成本太高，亦會遇到進出口挑戰，所以決定不會更換。居然還建議我經Amazon 再買一個新的。總括而言：賣家提供的兩年保用對中國(包括香港)的顧客如同虛設。 產品除了不可靠外，更豪無保障。

Fair PriceGreat Product

I bought this as a back up but I ended up liking it better than the one I was using and now use this one full time. The only thing I don’t like about it and took some time to get used to is you have to hand the lanyard at the bottom. When you have it on your neck and you grab it to talk it can be confusing if you’re use to the tall button being at the top when you grab it. Took me some time to get used to that. Had a few embarrassing mimesis. Other than that the device is great and you can’t beat the price.Update: I had this item less than 2 months and it suddenly quit working. Battery was fully charged, tried turning off and on and still did not work. Probably a defective battery of item. I still recommend. I just returned it and am waiting on a refund but I’m considering still buying the same one and give it another chance. Hoping I just had a defective one.
