This little thing. Works like a champ I’m bad to cram my phone in my pocket. Along with everything else. So I get a lot of debris. That wind up in my phone charger port. This device cleaned everything out. Took about 10 minutes. It saved me about 1000 dollars on a new one.

I love this device, however, I can’t seem to clean my phone all the way. I’ve tried everything every way shape and form. As much as I’d love to give five stars, I can’t because my phone doesn’t like to charge after I’ve tried every mechanism to clean my iPhone 15 with this item. It’s very affordable and the shipping was on time.

It works well and I like the packaging. It’s all in 1 single device and it’s hard to lose pieces this way, which makes it great for preserving the product in all of its pieces together. Cleans well and makes it much easier to reach those hard to reach spots. Only tool I wouldn’t trust using for my charging port is the metal stick, as I don’t want to damage the metal inside of it but every other tool that comes with it makes it worth it.Husband was having trouble with his charger not charging his phone, and after cleaning it with this he was able to charge it with just 1 try.

Wife bought this for me as a stocking stuffier. This lives in my EDC bag and has come in handy on multiple occasions. It is cheap but functional.On multiple occasions I have been able to assist others that could not get devices or cords to work properly. The amount of pocket gunk that builds up in phones cables and other devices people use is astounding. it you combine this with 90% rubbing alcohol it is even more effective.

the port pick doesnt work well in usb type c ports, it is way too big and doesnt reach far enough. the best tool is probably the brush, but it is fragile and doesnt pull everything out of the port.i would seriously not recommend getting this for devices using a type c port

One use of this device and my port was clean, back to charging without a wireless style, and I can plug into the car radio again.
