1, & they don't hold up! They fall/come apart way too easy! No good!

I a man and wear size 6-6.5 shoes. i don’t see small sizes in men. there is no youth size. shall i use women’s insoles?

A men's 6-6.5 would be a women'a 8-8.5, so I would just use the women's insole.
