Black Galic is my discovery of the decade!Regular fresh garlic & powdered garlic stay in my system too long, it's smells awful to me, the taste sticks with me & I fee slightly Ill for several days.A miracle solution is black garlic. Peak the cloves carefully to reveal your bootyThe cloves are chewy black, the aroma is nothing like garlic, no bad lingering taste, no strong odor.I use it in everything - salads, sandwiches, garlic bread, pasta, stews, with meats, & often right out of the package!An addition.Expensive - $10 for two cloves, but I believe the process of creating this beauty is tedious or difficult. I'll Google it.

A couple of years ago you could find black garlic everywhere. Even Trader Joe’s was carrying it. I guess the fad for it is over, but I love the depth of flavor it gives to my cooking. I really enjoyed this brand- the cloves were large, the packaging was convenient for storing unused bulbs, and it tasted great.

Garlic was mushy and inedible. No returns so it was a waste of money.

I wish I had a photo. Our first time using black garlic. Seasoned steak then Sous vide it. It was delicious.

I can't get this where I normally shop and it's easier to order online than to make a trip to a second store for one or two things. This is super convenient and it tastes great. We will definitely buy this again.

I’ve read it is ferm…this was definitely mushy,the taste I have no other black garlic to compare to,so just tied some out of the pack..just ok

Great product and the flavor is right on. A lot easier than doing your self and the price is a bit high but very fair
