It works. Easy to use and it gets the wrinkles out.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased a “judicial” robe from Amazon and decided to use my Newbealer Steam & Press to go from roadmap wrinkles to wrinkle-free. I was able to steam out all the wrinkles, front and back in 20 minutes. It took longer and the reason I deducted a 1/2 star (but we can’t do 41/2 stars so🤷🏽‍♀️) is that I had to fill the water tank (see photo of actual size) 3 times. I didn’t take advantage of them providing an additional water tank, as it was not in the room while using the device. I specifically used this steamer as the robe had velvet attached and this device came with a Soft Cushion Attachment and a 90-degree swivel head that allowed me to get between the patches to steam the garment. My garment never felt damp, unlike other steamers I've used. I haven’t attempted to use the dry iron but will in springtime! Get this for its lightweight adjustable head and options to steam on high/low heat or dry iron!

Works great but it is too heavy for me to hold for for long periods of time. I am keeping it because I love how well it works held in any position. I just wish it could be made lighter

I use the heck out of this thing and it has completely replaced my iron. Quick and easy to get going and steams all the wrinkles out really fast.

It kind of feels like a cool novelty rather than a functional part of my process. The opening for the water reservoir is ridiculously small, which wouldn't be a big deal it came with a container to fill up and poor from, but it doesn't lol. The volume of steam is much less than other steamers I have used

The media could not be loaded. In the past I’ve been disappointed by steamers but this one hands down is the best one I’ve ever used! I can steam 1-3 heavily wrinkled pieces of clothing before needing to refill. The water holder is easy to use and I love how it just pops in and pops out when you actively push it.It also works as an iron too and I’m not afraid of getting water stains or drips on my clothes when using it. I make direct contact with the clothes as opposed to other steamers you just hover over them.The button is pretty intuitive though sometimes I struggle with turning it off but that’s mainly due to user error and forgetting what it says in instructions.Mine came with a steam plate, funnel, and mitten and I appreciate the mitten because it really helps prevent burning yourself.Wrinkles absolutely disappear and I won’t be using any other steamer than this one!!!Most recently, we used it to get wrinkles out of stiff material couch and chair covers and it did not disappoint.My hope is that someday they make this cordless!!!
