Needed a top quality product to seal my beautiful granite kitchen island top and protect it from heavy cookery use and pastry making. This may seem expensive - but not when you consider the cost of new granite worktops flawed by grease marks and foodstuff stains. Good stuff!

I bought 500 ml for a 30 m2 room tiled in black and white ceramic floor tiles (see photo). It was expensive stuff, and I doubted it would cover the area as promised. However, it went on very easily indeed and I have a quarter of the quantity left. The online instructions from the manufacturers' website are contradictory (2 hour drying per video, 12 hours per documentation). With both doors open on a warm and breezy day it took less than 2 hours, although I kept off it for the whole 12. Wiping with a cloth wetted with the same stuff after 10 mins did improve the finish, but of course it's impossible to do that throughout an entire room without levitation, so where I wasn't able to wipe down afterwards it looked a little smeary. However, wiping the following day with a cloth dampened with MP90 on a broom sorted that. Yet to have a nasty spillage, but water droplets stand proud of the tiles now and it does seem to have formed a waterproof finish like Stormguard without affecting the colour or sheen of the tiles. Pretty impressed but lost 1 star due to impossibility of following manufacturers' instructions re: wiping after brushwork.

Good product at much better price than in local tiling outlet.

I am using this to help protect my stone tiles in my shower, using it on the walls and floor. Good waterproofing 👍

I applied this sealer to my super white polished porcelain tile, it changed the colour and looked a mess. Please advise and how can I remove the sealer?
