Top notch
Excellent scooter. They are well built and everything as described. Speed and battery life is awesome. The throttle stopped working on one of them. Customer service was top notch. They sent me a new one with instructions to replace it. No questions asked and no charge. Great scooter especially for the price. You won't be disappointed. I bought them for xmas and they are still going strong.

Bomb-Proof!
I bought the S2R Plus during Prime Day in 2024 so it's been about a year now and a good time for a review.Upon buying it, I really didn't think too much about it because I just wanted an electric scooter to keep in my car as emergency transportation or just to kick around with.Well, here we are a year later and this little scooter became my #1 means of transportation from the get-go. I have put so many countless miles on this thing and makes getting around downtown a breeze...I rarely ever drive my car!I have fitted it with a custom rack, which I often strap large packages of water bottles/cans as well as a storage bag on the stem which will accommodate various Items as well, so really, this thing serves as a little SUV as well. From the pics, you can clearly see that I don't take much care of it either. I mean, this thing is banged-up and crunchy! I know it's terrible but I never, ever service it nor clean it. I have even ridden through heavy rainfall and deep puddles and just let it drip-dry and it hasn't failed me once...fires right up. I've dropped it and even had a few serious wipe-outs on it as well, but it hasn't affected anything whatsoever. That being said, I would not hesitate to buy a used one if I ever needed another one or if I ever wanted to upgrade. The cons, if any, is battery life on this particular model isn't great but I bought this model for its light weight so clearly, the battery's capacity will diminish because of this. I did, however, buy the additional, swap-out battery, which I swap out frequently, so I've always got a battery fully charged and ready to go. I also bought an additional charger which I hook it up to while I'm at work, so I'm always topped off as well...problem solved. And if I ever anticipate exceeding the battery's duration, I can always throw the spare battery in a backpack and take it along with me.I've been meaning to write this review for a while now but I just haven't got around to it but I'm glad I put it off until now because even if this little scooter was to fail on me right after I post this review, I know that I got far more than what I bargained for.

Great Scooter!
The Hiboy S2 Electric Scooter is an exceptional ride that combines performance, design, and affordability in one sleek package. From the moment I took it out for a spin, I was impressed by its smooth acceleration and responsive handling. The 350W motor offers plenty of power, allowing me to easily tackle moderate hills and achieve a top speed of around 15.5 mph, making it perfect for commuting or leisurely rides. The battery life is impressive, offering up to 17 miles of range on a single charge, which is ideal for daily use without worrying about recharging too frequently. I also appreciate the quick charging time, so I’m back on the road in no time. The build quality feels sturdy and durable, yet the scooter remains lightweight enough to easily carry and store. The 8.5-inch solid tires provide a smooth, comfortable ride even on uneven pavement, and the dual braking system (disc and e-brake) ensures that stopping power is reliable and safe. One of the standout features is the easy-to-use app, which allows you to track your ride stats, adjust settings, and even lock the scooter remotely. The scooter’s design is sleek and stylish, with a minimalistic look that’s visually appealing without sacrificing function.Overall, the Hiboy S2 Electric Scooter is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and fun scooter. It offers excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it for urban commuters or anyone seeking a smooth, enjoyable ride.

Sturdy reliable fun little scooter
I bought my HiBoy S2 about 5 months ago and I've ridden it long enough to feel good about giving a review.First, the build quality is excellent and it's one good looking little scooter. I own a GoTrax sit down scooter and this is has a 30-ish% better build. There's nothing wrong with the GoTrax, it just doesn't feel quite as sturdy as the S2.The S2 is reasonably comfortable to ride, although you can feel a lot of vibration on pavement due to the solid 8.5" tires, which I chose purposely for ease of maintenance, but the rear suspension smooths out bigger bumps. It's quick off the line, has reasonable top speed, and it handles hills well. The brakes are excellent and the front e-brake works as well as the drum brakes on my GoTrax. The headlight is excellent although I added an ultra bright bike light to it, and now I can see at least 30 meters ahead like it's daylight. The attractive red side lights look cool and make it more visible at night working in conjunction with the BRIGHT flashing tail/brake light. I'm in my 60's and disabled with a bad leg, so after riding it for a while I bought the removable seat because I didn't trust my reaction time enough to get myself out of a possible jam. I plan on using the seat till I become more confident balancing and leaning back while braking, although it's been a great addition by itself and I'll use it from time to time after I get more used to the scooter. It folds up well, even with the seat, although it adds just enough weight that I'm going to recommend one of those carrying straps if you do get the seat, it makes carrying it much easier and more comfortable to carry.Would I recommend it to a close friend? Oh yes, no hesitation there.I gave it four stars because 5 stars indicates perfection and nothing is perfect. That said, I only gave it 4 because 4.5 is unavailable. Although i own an automobile, i rely heavily on my micro-mobility vehicles, i own another scooter and an E-bike and this is the best of the three, this is a good scooter.
