Like the choice of 300 mg
My Dr recommended 600 mg a day. I like having 300mg pills instead of the 200 I had before. So far I am pleased with them.

NATURE TARGET CoQ10-300mg-Softgels
Shipping and ETA was fine but all of the softgels were melted together. Cut the bottle open and started to pick apart but then thought about what that amount of heat would cause to the liquid. Ended up throwing them away.Update... Nature Target responded to my above comment to actually offered me a complete refund. That is company that has customer service that I WANT to buy from. Because of this, I have change my rating from one star to 5 starts. Sometimes customer service is more important then the product itself.
