It’s a good headset 💜
This is a very comfortable headset with great sound. The ability to cancel outside noise or hear your surroundings at the flip of a switch is very nice.Broke one. (Totally my fault)Bought another one just like it to replace it.

Excellent product, loving it!
My beloved Jara Evolve 75 was having charging issues after 3 years and I had to look for a replacement. Was a bit suspicious about the smaller size of the Evolve2 65 but was convinced by many youtubers to give it a try. Loving it so far. The magnetic charging feature works perfectly with my Volio clock, saving me some extra $$ for a charging station or hassle to plug in.

Never ever buy this item
This might be the worst wireless earphones I have ever had. Definitely, do not buy them just by watching YouTube reviews. It automatically disconnect from Teams meetings without pressing any button. Even though I use a dongle, the sound is crackling.I went back to my old earphones, which I wanted to replace because they were worn out.In short, do not consider these earphones, do not buy them, and stop others from buying them too

Great Sound, But Poor Build Quality
Loved these at first—solid sound, great battery, decent noise cancellation. But after just 10 months, the left hinge snapped with normal use, making them unusable. On top of that, the ear pads kept coming loose early on, and a replacement set costs $14.Disappointing durability for the price. Be cautious if you’re looking for something long-lasting.

Early on, but great so far!
Have been using it just for a day, and it's fantastic, much better than my old MS Lifechat 3000. Sound is so much better, and it's easier to use with some really nice features. No problem with the Mic, being heard or hearing. Pairing with my computer native bluetooth was seamless (didn't need their bluetooth adapter). Also, discovered that you really need to charge it before you try it, at least mine. I was having issues getting it to work initially, left it charging for an hour and tried again and it worked great!. I installed their desktop software and did a couple minor setting changes.I'll come back in a month or so and update this review.I'm a consultant and usually have 5-6 conference call meetings with all the various services Google Meeting, Microsoft Teams and Zoom throughout the day, so far no issues and love it.

Excellent Sound Marred by Unreliable Microphone on Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex Wireless Headset
I recently purchased the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex Wireless Stereo Headset and, overall, I'm impressed with its performance and features. The sound quality is fantastic, and the comfort level is excellent for extended wear. The battery life is commendable, and the noise cancellation works remarkably well in a variety of environments. However, I've encountered a frustrating issue with the microphone. Regardless of whether I'm connected via Bluetooth or using the dongle, the mic cuts out randomly. This has been a consistent problem despite updating all my drivers and ensuring all software is up to date.Given the premium price of this headset, I expected a flawless experience. It's disappointing to face such a significant issue with a brand-new product. I'm planning to reach out to customer service again in hopes of finding a resolution. For now, I'm left feeling that a headset of this caliber should not have these problems. If Jabra can address this mic issue, the Evolve2 65 Flex would be a near-perfect headset. As it stands, the performance is marred by an unreliable microphone, which is a critical component for many users.

Great noise cancelling headset
I use this for everyday work and it’s never given me any problems and it’s great at noise cancelling. It’s worth the money if you are wondering, I bought some of the cheaper headsets and might as well have started out with this one.

Sound quality is great. However, the mic is not the best.
I can hear very well. However, the mic is a little spotty and the range is not great. The sound qualify and mic begin to fall off once I move away from my computer with the Bluetooth toggle.
