Brilliant.. these really do work, a good 6 to 7 hours of pain relief...only needs to be on about 20 mins till you feel it working ... I did feel very tired sleepy the first time I don't know if that was the patch ... are the fact I wasn't in so much pain ... best sleep I had in years ... im keeping them for my really bad days ... highly recommend

These have been surprisingly good i didn't think being so thin they would have much affect but my husband says they work really well and heat up to help his back pain.They do have a very strong smell which isn't unpleasant and they stick really well.

You dont really feel massive relief from these but a little maybe, they dont heat up or anything, absolute nightmare to take off, really sticky so once on its stuck fast, best to soak off as minimal pain that way,

I used these patches a couple of times and had a severe reaction of burning, swelling and intense itching. I’ve never experienced anything like it, something herbal should not scold your skin in this way and leave you in urgent care. Avoid purchasing.
