No, it changes colour, You can get different colours on there own, you could buy several in different colours, that's what I'm going to do because they are great!

Yes. If there is winter sun just not as long in warmer months.

Hi, no, it doesn’t hold a full charge on cloudy rainy days. The light isn’t as bright or lasts as long through the night. Like many Solar powered lights, these won’t be very useful come the winter months.
