SGT KNOTS shock cord does not come with hooks. You have to purchase these separately. When ordering the hooks to attach to the cord, make sure you order the correct size of the hook so it will attach/fit into your shock cord. For example: 1/4" size shock cord needs 1/4" size hook or end attachment. Hope this helps!
