Princess Knight is a great yuri manga with exceptional art
As an avid manga reader, I'm always on the lookout for unique stories that push the boundaries of traditional narratives. "Becoming a Princess Night and Working at a Yuri Brothel" by Hinaki does just that, offering readers a interesting take on the high fantasy genre. From its imaginative world-building to its cute and compelling characters, this manga delivers an interesting reading experience. One of the standout aspects of this manga is its world-building. Hinaki has crafted a rich and immersive fantasy world that feels both familiar and original. From the bustling streets of the city to the landscapes of the countryside, every setting is meticulously detailed and beautifully illustrated. But what truly sets this manga apart is its characters. Protagonist Lily's journey through the first volume sets up the rest of the story well. Her growth and development throughout volume 1 are well portrayed, and I found myself rooting for her every step of the way. The supporting cast is equally engaging, each character bringing their own unique personality and depth to the story. From the enigmatic brothel owner to Lily's loyal friends, every character feels fully fleshed out and integral to the narrative.Of course, no review of this manga would be complete without mentioning its exploration of themes within the story. Featured prominently are identity, acceptance, and love. Hinaki tackles these topics with grace and sensitivity, weaving them seamlessly into the fabric of the story. Through Lily's journey, readers are asked to contemplate the nature of love and relationships, as well as the importance of staying true to oneself in the face of adversity. It's rare to find a manga that handles such weighty themes in the Yuri subgenre, and "Becoming a Princess Night and Working at a Yuri Brothel" does so in spades. In addition to its compelling story and characters, this manga also boasts stunning artwork that perfectly complements the narrative. The character designs are beautifully detailed, and the backgrounds are lush and atmospheric. Hinaki's art style is both dynamic and expressive, bringing each scene to life in vivid detail. Whether it's a quiet moment of introspection or an action-packed battle sequence, the artwork never fails to impress.Overall, "Becoming a Princess Night and Working at a Yuri Brothel" is a must-read for any fan of manga. With its imaginative world-building, compelling characters, and thought-provoking themes, this manga is a true standout in the fantasy genre. Hinaki has created something truly special here, and I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next. Highly recommended!

Kind of Mild
I was expecting a bit more lewd story telling for a manga about a yuri brothel in a fantastical realm. The story is fine…

Interesting very well drawn yuri manga
I read one complaint that this manga should have been about the actual princess and not a man in the woman's body... basically saying instead of this original idea it should be like some lame hentai from the 90s. Princesses being abused is an OLD trope, and it's a nice spin how this mangaka subverted it by adding an isekai element. I don't believe a manga quite like this one has ever been seen before, and it's wonderfully rendered, and has some really hot soft core lesbian domination, if you're into that.

I like the idea but not the concept
I know there's a lot of reincarnated Isekai but I think the story would've been better if he died and was reincarnated as the princess as a baby instead of his soul being put into her body as she was about to die. He could've grown up then been betrayed and sold to be a prostitute.

Good art, mediocre story
The good art is wasted on a mediocre story. The main character isn't even the titular "Princess Knight," but a contemporary Japanese man whose soul was put in her body, due to a magical ritual with unintended consequences. In short, instead of reading about the fallen princess' fall from and climb back to grace, we have a stereotypical isekai (sent to another world) story about a man turned into a woman AGAINST HIS WILL.
