This product is not working some time moyeris making noice some time i see spark it not working properly

The Product does the job what is states. It efficient as other cold pressed juicers. Only thing I found that can be a con is that the build quality can be improved a little bit. Again given the price bracket it is a good buy for a middle class family to have fruit juice regularly!!The juice collector was cracked when I open the box. I did not complain because I am not going to use them instead I will buy seperate glass juice collector.

This is the worst product I have ever bought. I required a replacement for a damaged part and have been waiting for more than 2 months after registering my complaint. Nothing has happened. The after sales service is non-existent. They put you on hold for a long time and then the call gets disconnected mysteriously. NEVER BUY A STOVECRAFT PRODUCT.

The product is priced decently compared to other pricey brands. Pigeon delivers good brand products mostly traditional for Indian kitchen, though I was a bit skeptic on how they would perform in new entrants like cold press juicer. My first product had to be returned since it had a broken juice collector and Amazon handled it with a breeze. The new juicer was at my door step in less than 24 hours. Since then, I've used it for a little over week, daily. It easily chugs out about 1.5 to 2 litres of juice with hard and soft fruits and veggies. The inner juice press is quite rugged and churns out good yield. The pulp is almost dry and compares with the expensive brand like Kuvings. It even juices leafy veggies quite efficiently.What I didn't like is the flimsy build of the juice and pulp collector. It has a un-necessary semicircle indent which if not careful, spills out the juice. I plan to replace these low quality with mugs with sturdy ikea jugs and solve this inadequacy.Overall, I am quite happy with the price to performance ratio and the most important quality of extracting good quality juice.

Complete value for money.4. Comes with large capacity feeding tube and ideal for preparing large batches..5. It provides flavorful juice with very minimal wobbling.Cons:1. This machine occasionally makes a slight squeaking noise when processing tougher ingredients.Overall complete value for money. A must buy product.

Bought juicer pigeon online via Amazon on 6 th of November after a lot of search for compact juicer...1 st peice had scratches and one jar missing , complained, Amazon replaced but the second one also one jar missing. Thought it's ok... And started weekly once with carrot, beetroot amla combination but juicer was giving shock while juice was pouring out in steel glass, other time also there was shock ...so was careful..Almost used it 6 to 7 times..The last time I put bitter gourd pieces with seeds removed suddenly it stopped. And never started...Pigeon is a branded company...so with high expectations we preferred this juicer...But we are utterly dissatisfied. We loved the product and handled with care only said juices were taken...But it just stopped.

Juicer is good and working nicely and build quality is also good but I will give it 3 star just because of the juice jar/container is missing from the box. Did not expected that. 😔

The media could not be loaded. As they say in the promo and user manual of the product that it can take out juice of Bitter Gourd, Carrot etc., I tried the carrot cut into small pieces to juice it out and Juicer got broken down. The customer care number doesn't work and they did not reply emails in last 4 months even after multiple emails. Amazon has sold it with 2 years Warranty and 2 years extended warranty.None of the warranty works here and if you want to loose 5K then only buy it, the "Pigeon" Flew with my 5 Thousand Rupees and never came back. BEWARE of this product and warranty SCAM. Neither Seller, Amazon, Extended warranty provider or Product Company will help you.
