I had a fully automatic espresso machine that heated and frothed the milk for a cappuccino, latte or macchiato. Although the machine rinsed the milk system every time it was shut down, it needed to be cleaned regularly. This milk system cleaner did the job quite well and at a much lower cost than other milk system cleaner.I have a new manual espresso machine that has the steam wand for frothing milk. I use the milk system cleaner to remove milk from the wand. It works well.My first order came in a padded envelope. When I opened it, the container had leaked, so I got cleaner all over myself and the floor. Amazon replaced it without problem.

This product came completely leaked out all over the place. Not only did I not have a cleaner for my espresso machine, it ruined a ton of packages in shipping. I know this because I know the mail person.

I use it specifically for cleaning the milk frother on an ECM machine. Works great. There are not many alternatives to this product, and the ones available are more expensive.

The other 2 items were fine however the froth cleaner product screw cap was not properly closed . Therefore I lost 2/3 of the product in the packagingThank you
