Q: Does this have a tilt function to be able to film on a desk from above?

It doesn't have a lot of down-tilt range. I think less than 10 degrees from level at best.

I’m so glad I purchased this product. It’s sturdy and I do not have to fear my phone will fall off while making videos which requires movements. Only thing I do not like it that my IPhone is not compatible to the remote therefore I have to place my phone on a timer
