A superb piece of domestic engineering!
Another EXCELLENT product sold by Amazon. We had a very old pressure cooker that had seen better days and we decided to invest in a more modern cooker. Chose Kuhn Rikon as the descriptor oozed quality! When the cooker arrived it was even better than we had expected! When under pressure, there is hardly any steam noise coming from it and, combined with our Siemens Induction Hob, the veg are cooked in less than 6 minutes!Would we buy this cooker again? Most definitely!

Always wanted a pressure cooker
I have always wanted a pressure cooker but have always felt a little scared of them.However, after just one use of this item I feel totally at ease with it. It is so simple.I can not recommend it highly enough .... And it looks stylish too.I have found this size ideal for making a casserole for a family of four ( including all the veg and potatoes) . I am considering buying a second, larger one for cooking for big family gatherings or for cooking in bulk for the freezer.

Seems like a very good quality product
Seems like a very good quality product. Does not lose steam or drip water-yet. Will see how rubber ring lasts. I have had 3 or 4 pressure cookers in the last few years so here's hoping this will last longer.

Very good - does what it is supposed to.
Good size (4 litres) for stocks, soups, stews etc. Neat shape - no protruding handles. Easy to operate. Must be hand-washed, but this is pretty easy. Well made, and comes with good instructions and advice.

The best purchase to date
I couldn't ask for a better product. It's easy to use, silent and halves my cooking time. It's worth paying more for a good product.

Kuhn Rikon's the way to go!
Really pleased with this cooker. It's quiet, looks good and steam release is so easy. The 4 litre is just the right size for two people and probably four depending on what's cooking. Looking forward to using it and experimenting with various recipes.

Excellent quality and results but expensive
Excellent product. Wife makes fantastic soups and stews and found it easy to use. On the down side it is more expensive than some other alternatives but cannot comment on comparison build or results.
