These two pound dumbbells are PERFECT for my high intensity cardio class. If you want to burn extra calories during your cardio, ADD WEIGHTS. They don’t have to be heavy. We do a LOT of arm movements in my class. Lots of cross punches, upper cuts, scissor chops, etc. These two pound weights makes me work 100% harder! My goal is to slim down and tone up my arms. I’ve used light weights in the past in my cardio classes. They do the trick! Keep your same intensity with the weights. Within one month you’ll see a difference. The shape and material of the dumbbells make them easy to hold and they’ve very sturdy. You don’t have to worry about them cracking if you drop them. The price is excellent. I also use them when I’m walking. I highly recommend these little treasures.

They are perfect size and weight, easy to use, easy to wipe down. They dont take up much space when not being used. Definitely worth the money thy are made well. They are comfortable to hold.
