This is my second time buying & I’ll definitely order again. The casings are perfect for making lapcheong (Chinese sausages). They’re just the right size and don’t split during filling. It takes mere seconds of soaking in cold water for them to become useable.

First time made sausages with my new machine. Very happy with product. Easy to fill and didn’t tear at all. Air dried my sausages for 2 days and then tried them. Really amazing, I will buy again!
