Can the kit be kept in the car for a long time during hot summers or cold winters?

I think it should be ok. This is an emergency kit that is suitable for cars. Since I bought it, I have always kept it in my car, so that it's always available when I travel or work. So far, everything is ok.

Is there a tourniquet in the kit?

No, but you can get one on Amazon and replace the useless flashlight with it.

There are no trauma pads in this survival kit, is there extra space to add some?

The bag is quite full, but fitting a few trauma pads is still fine. However, there won’t be enough space for larger accessories.
