Do they work on my printer hl-2380dw?

If the toner model number is what your printer uses, then I see no reason why the refill wouldn't work. Replacement toner works great in my mfc2700dw.

Good toner cartridges for an amazing price!

I have purchased probably a few dozen of these toner cartridges in the past few years for my Brother printer. I'm not sure how they compare in total pages of output, but considering I'm getting each cartridge for less than $8 each it could last a fraction of what the manufacturers toner lasts and I would still be saving a lot. I have never had one issue with my printer accepting the cartridge for my L2540 printer.
