I had looked forward to affording these shoes for a long time. I saw them in a magazine we get and kept believing that these "were the shoes" for me. I am on my feet all day, a recent cardio rehab patient, and anxious to get back to activity. However, I do see a chiropractor once a month because of years of poor posture and abuse of my body due to my work. They fit small-that's the first part. Second, it takes time to get used to the difference to other shoes. Second, they aren't for everyone, as I soon found out. Within two weeks, I saw my chiropractor because of low and mid back pain, hip pain. I showed him my shoes and he said he does not know the brand, but just in looking at the lines, he could see problems. A big point was there was a "drop". For me, they caused issues with my hips and back. So please use them as instructed and gently because I could not return mine as I wore them to work, to cardio rehab, etc. I wanted them to be my new shoes so bad! Once I stopped wearing them, within days, my body felt so much better. They are well made though, so I'm not giving one star just because they didn't work for me.

This product has three different insoles, perfect fit, comfort fit and corrective. Literally gave me relief as soon as I have put them on for my hammer toes & navicular type 2. I did a half size up and perfect fit! Normally I am 8.5 in a closed toed shoe, I did size 9 & Happy I did. These shoes are no joke and they really do align your posture, help with balance and foot pain. Make sure you read the directions. You only wear for 1-3 hours initially to break them in. I think they are super fashionable for being an orthotic. I found that for my left foot that has the issues, I found that corrective fit worked best & my right side that has no issues, comfort fit. Great arch & heel support! I am truly amazed and impressed, I highly recommend. Get ready to realign & get your balance back!!! They work!!!

Usually these shoes fit perfectly and feel comfortable. I must have gotten a defective pair. I kept wearing them thinking the tight shoe would loosen up with wear but it didn't happen. Unfortunately, I waited two days too long to request a return so I am not eligible to return them. And they are expensive!I need to amend my review. My laces were very tight in my right shoe. I pulled them out and relaced them looser. Problem solved. They do not hurt my feet now. Sorry for the bad review.

I am a nurse who works 2 jobs, one of which is in a busy, severely understaffed hospital on a critical care unit. I bought these sneakers to replace my New Balance 840s, which have been great for my feet but whose quality deteriorated more quickly than I anticipated. (A hole developed in the large toe area of each sneaker after only 9 mos of wear.) I have done extensive research on shoes for people on their feet 12 hrs at a time like me, so I had hoped these sneakers might fit the bill. In their favor, they are very supportive and would definitely help someone whose feet need the natural movement of heel to toe. (I don't have flat feet, but I walk kind of like I'm wearing swim flippers. Lol.) However, due to constant movement on the job, I need a shoe that is supportive and has excellent cushion to absorb hours of brisk walking. Without the cushion, I develop shin splints. Unfortunately, these sneakers do not have that level of cushion. They are like the Vionic sneakers I ordered a few years ago in their level of cushion. Sadly, I will be sending them back.
