I don’t snore much, but I breathe pretty heavy at night and sometimes get that annoying nose whistle. These Intake tabs with the magnetic band have really helped open things up. I sleep better, and my fiancée definitely appreciates the quieter nights.They stick well, even through a full night of tossing around, and come off clean in the morning. I also use them during workouts sometimes — makes breathing feel a lot easier.Not cheap, but honestly worth it.

These things work! They help provide a great night’s sleep with open airways. My husband and I both use them. You get used to looking silly once you realize how well you sleep with them!

I have tried many different breathing strips and found none of them really worked. These DO! It really opens you up. I am not saying it cured my sleep apnea but it has really helped open me up and has definitely helped me sleep better.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The Intake breathing refill tabs work great. I've never had one fall off while sleeping and they come off easily with a little warm water.

I'd like to give 4.5 stars, but I'm only able to do 4 OR 5. I would highly recommend the Intake device and refills. This product is very effective, comfortable, has different size options to fit your needs, and is super easy to keep clean. The only reason I'd like to give a 4.5 and not a 5 star review is due to the length of time they adhere to my nose. Even though I clean the site on each side of my nose, it does start peeling away after about 5-6 hours. I can't necessarily blame the product though. Maybe it's just my face! :)

I started using these a couple months ago. They are kinda pricey, but these absolutely are the best products I have ever used. They stay in place, and I literally sleep better than I ever have. GET THIS IF YOU SNORE!!! Get them if you have allergies. Just get em ya’ll!!!

My husband has been using a CPAP for quite some time now, and he heard about and tried this product. The CPAP has been put away this works excellent. He is overjoyed. Had to also purchase the breathable mouth covers for it to work properly.

These are really good quality and easy to use. The small size sticker usually stays on all night, but have come off occasionally. They really make a difference in breathing. You can see it physically open the nose wider. Less starts only because my husband still snored a little bit with these on. But I think it helps still
