I had high hopes for this because I've read about Sitz baths being so important postpartum - but once this went into the water, the smell was way too strong! I even smelled it two days later just walking by the bathroom, like it had soaked into the tub itself. I am sure it works well for hemorrhoids etc but it was just too strong for me to sit through a whole bath!

Product was open when i got it in the mail, refund not available for sanitary reasons. Had to throw out because it was completely open on arrival. Not happy with the customer service or quality.

These MR. A sitz bath salts arrived in the nick of time. You’d think I would know better by now, as someone with chronic constipation, but I had too many trigger foods as of late. This was a life saver!I love all the healthy goodness packed into this treatment mix and it smells wonderful too! I was a bit confused by the packaging, which is a bag within a bag. However, these included coconut oil so they’re wetter salts than most so maybe they were trying to avoid any leakage, idk. They’re clear yet gave my bath water a funny but cool shimmery affect. The instructions are very specific: add 8-10tblspns to a shallow bath of 3-4”. Let dissolve 2-3 and then soak for no more than 20 minutes.I’d definitely recommend this product to those with hemorrhoids. It’s a bit pricey as bath salts go, but worth it! Before use, I couldn’t comfortably sit down in an upright position. Afterwards I felt so relaxed I almost forgot I was in pain before! I do wish this were a larger bag however a little goes a long way so maybe it’ll last me awhile I hope. Great stuff! Could be more affordable tho. Also, quick tip, these will make your tub slick so make sure to rinse it out well following draining it.
