How often should this be applied ?

I applied the product to my goggles each time I used them, 3 times a week, but then I suppose it depends how often and for how long you use your goggles.

I go swimming couple of times a week & it has lasted me about 6 months!

It is a small aerosol spray. You spray direct onto goggle lenses. You do not need to wipe lens after spraying and can use goggles straight away.
