I have been taking the tablet form of various brands of magnesium for several years with so-so results. I knew they helped some, but not as much as I had hoped. Has an excellent blend of magnesium and potassium. Works better for me than straight mag glycinate.

I like the balance of different types of magnesium, the simplicity of using a dropper, the flavor is nice. BUT…after checking the nutrition label again, I realized the content of vitamin B1 is far above the daily requirements, and excess amounts can cause neuropathy. If you experience tingling or numbness, check if other supplements you are taking may already have you above what you need. I personally am experiencing these effects.

I am actually waiting on my second bottle to arrive. This stuff is Amazing! I work in a hospital and am Constantly around germs. This stuff and Black seed oil has kept me 100% well from getting sick!

We love how easy to use the dropper is. My daughter just measures it into her first beverage of the day & off she goes. I love the bioavailability of the product.
