I've used several ZMA products over the years. Most are pretty good and have similar ingredient profiles. I won't say that ZMA is a huge muscle building supplement like it used to be hyped, but I will say that I sleep better when I take it.I've noticed a bit more dream recall and overall deeper sleep with it. This is a good product as far as the ZMA formulas I've tried. I do like the magnesium forms in it and haven't had any stomach issues from this kind. Sometimes a.higher magnesium dose can send you running to the bathroom, but that hasn't been a problem with this brand.Overall, I'd say that I really like this product and would recommend it to anyone who wants to sleep better.

These made a difference for my husband is performance at the gym as well as daily activities. Helped him focus more, sleep better and gave him lasting energy. Recommended

been taking for awhile and help w/ overall energy but havent notice any great health benefits.. a little hard to tell if it is effective, sleeping somewhat better though

This is a great supplement, especially for muscle recovery. It provides Zinc, vitamin B6 and Magnesium, all three are very essential for your body. It is easy to not have enough Zinc in your diet for and this can easily address that. It contains 160 capsules (40 servings men or 80 servings for women). Each of the capsules contains about 2.5 mg vitamin B6, 108.8 mg Magnesium (aspartate and oxide) and 7 mg Zinc. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no funky taste or odor either. Pricewise, it is reasonably priced comparing it with other Zinc supplements I have seen which is great.Overall, this is a great muscle revocery supplement option and I would totally recommend it, especially for bodybuilders.

I recently ordered this Forzagen ZMB6 Capsules, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Magnesium 160 Capsules and have been using it for a few weeks and find pretty effective and haven't seen any side effects from it. It has an ok flavor but is pretty easy to follow.

This supplement mix gives me the three essential ingredients for muscle growth and recovery: zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. I take these with a full meal on the day of the strength workout and so far I have noticed that my body and joint aches have subsided and better sleep, and no side affects noted. Comparing this to another notable brand on the market, the amount per serving for these vitamins are fairly on par, with vitamin B6 is about 5gram less. I feel trusting that this brand is made in the US and in a GMP-certified facility.

The pills are easy enough to swallow even though they are on the larger size. It is a bit overwhelming to have to take 4 of these a day, but you get used to it. So far they appear to help with my sleep at night and energy throughout the day. I feel more awake when I get up in the morning.

This is a good supplement, and is made in the USA which is a plus - it helps me be more confident in other claims on the bottle such as GMP certified and FDA registered. I take both magnesium and zinc daily, and liked that this had both in one supplement. They were properly safety sealed, easy to swallow, and marked with lot number and expiration date.I do think that the 4 capsule serving size for men (2 for women), is a lot of pills per serving. Other supplements I've used have the same amount of magnesium and zinc in only one capsule. I would also not really classify this as a "muscle building" supplement, despite the fact that both magnesium and zinc are important to numerous bodily systems. But nevertheless it's a quality supplement.
