It is a left-handed thread. For the avoidance of doubt - if you are planning to use this on a piece of Meaco MC series aircon ducting then it will not fit as the threads are opposite. This connector will fit loosely around the Meaco flexible ducting and can be sealed with silicone if you don’t mind a messy bodge job.
